The principals, key engineers and support personnel have a long, successful history and vast experience in nuclear imaging equipment design, manufacturing and business management. Beginning with Technicare in the 70s and 80s and continuing with SMV/Sopha in the 80s and 90s we have an impressive tradition and extensive portfolio of nuclear and CT imaging innovation.

In addition to Medical Devices, GVI is comprised of two additonal corporate divisions:

• GVI Avionics Holdings manufactures markets and supports specialized high technology digital systems for the airlines industry and military.
• GVI Technical Services provides contract engineering development and manufacturing services for a variety of medical imaging equipment companies.

The company is privately held and is located in Twinsburg, Ohio.
