GVI is clearly focused on delivering fast, efficient service to all customers. Our factory trained service engineers are dedicated experts with excellent knowledge and experience on all aspects of the OnePass system. Each engineer is completely qualified to install, calibrate, troubleshoot, maintain and repair the OnePass.

We work hard to deliver fast response to any customer service issues. Our cutting edge ability to perform real-time remote diagnostics allows our engineers to quickly identify performance problems and often we can correct problems within minutes of your call. A remote backup function provides an automated backup of critical files to a remote server for safekeeping.

The modular system design of the OnePass allows for fast repair and optimizes uptime. As an example we can completely replace and fully calibrate a detector on location in just a few hours.

A complete installation of the OnePass system is typically performed in less than 2 days and often is accomplished in less than 24 hours while we work around your busy schedule with minimal interruption. Every OnePass is installed with a medical grade UPS system that provides sufficient power to complete a patient study during a power outage.

Clinical Support

Even after the on-site applications training, GVI continues to provide outstanding clinical support. With the use of the latest online viewing tools, GVI is able to provide instant real-time clinical support. Using a secure internet login, GVI can monitor the customer's screen and observe all processing steps. If necessary, the GVI clinical support specialist can take control of the customers screen and provide instruction while the customer observes. During such remote training sessions, the GVI clinical support specialist is on the telephone with the customer to provide additional instructions and to answer any questions.
